Reception of wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and light bites begins at 6:00 p.m. before the event at 6:30.

The Literary Salon features a line-up of debut authors from across the U.S. It’s the perfect place for self-help junkies and memoir lovers to discover new voices, rich stories, and powerful insights. Writers who could use a jolt of inspiration and confidence will find both in spades. Take it from bestselling author and Literary Salon presenter, Marie Posthumus. She says: "Writing can be a solo, isolating endeavor at times. So, I appreciated very much the sense of community, the camaraderie, and the contagious enthusiasm. I felt re-energized and nurtured and came away with some well-supported new ideas".

This event is the capstone for participants in Dr. Cindy Childress’s 3-Day Maximize Your Impact Mastermind. Each brave writer will take the stage to share a brief excerpt of their work—some of them for the first time in person. You’ll hear heart-felt stories and powerful teachings from authors like:
